Your Veyllo account is the same for the Veyllo app for Android and iOS and for veyllo.app. You can delete it yourself at any time. The provider is Veyllo GmbH, Berlin.
Open the settings in the Veyllo app, choose “Delete account”, and confirm the deletion.
Sign in on veyllo.app and open the “Security” area in the dashboard. Choose “Delete account” there and enter the account’s email address to confirm. If you last signed in more than 10 minutes ago, you are asked to sign in again first.
If you can no longer sign in, first reset your password on the sign-in page. If that is not possible either, write to support@veyllo.app from the account’s email address. We delete the account as soon as it is established that the request comes from the account holder, within one month at the latest.
We revoke all API keys, sign out all devices and apps, and delete the name, profile information, and the identifiers for push notifications. The email address is made unrecognisable; signing in is no longer possible afterwards. We remove saved payment methods at our payment provider Stripe.
We do not store content such as chats, images, and voice recordings on our servers. What the Veyllo app stores only on your device, such as chat history, notes, and memory, you remove by uninstalling the app.
We keep invoices and bookings for as long as the law requires, up to ten years (German tax and commercial law, § 147 AO, § 257 HGB). We delete usage and security logs after twelve months at the latest. Until then, we use this data only to meet legal obligations and to prevent abuse.
A subscription you took out in the app through Google Play or the App Store does not end when the account is deleted. Cancel it beforehand in Google Play or in the settings of your Apple device.
We refund paid credit you have not used automatically on deletion to the card you paid with, including the VAT paid on it. Depending on the bank, the refund appears after 5 to 10 business days. Free credit, such as from a trial, expires.
